Client Presentation (Remote)

Great Work Perks is seeking a virtual assistant to support email and verbal communications with clients and assist leadership with coordination and follow-up tasks. The role includes participating in Zoom meetings (camera on) and helping ensure client communications and action items are handled promptly and professionally.

This person will act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.


Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and professional Virtual Assistant to support client communications and internal coordination.

This role is client-facing and requires someone who can clearly present the company, our services, and value proposition through video, email, and live meetings.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, speaks fluent English, and can represent the company with confidence and professionalism in Zoom meetings and recorded presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email and verbal communication with clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Confidently present the company, our services, and offerings via video and live Zoom meetings (camera on)
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-ups, summaries, and action items
  • Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and task tracking
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect a high level of professionalism and clarity

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong client presentation skills (comfortable on camera and speaking to clients)
  • Confident, professional, and articulate communicator
  • Experience supporting executives or managers
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable using Zoom and other communication tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
